At Robinson, we are committed to making investments that benefit our team members, who, in turn, create a positive customer experience.

Manufacturing associates use cutting-edge equipment and work in the comfort of a climate-controlled facility with LED lighting.

Our workplace culture involves monthly meetings where team members make recommendations—an essential line of communication that makes the workplace safer.

As an ESOP company, team members benefit financially from Robinson’s success. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match.

Over 1,300 team members, customers and vendors socialize each spring during the Robinson Fish Fry, where we share good food and conversation. Our Packers Tailgate House across from Lambeau Field is the perfect venue for customers, team members and guests to hang out before Packer home games.

Our team members enjoy monthly catered lunches, popcorn and donut days, adult and children’s Christmas parties, an annual golf outing, Milwaukee Brewer bus trips and a night at the races. We also sponsor a team member nine-hole golf league.

Team members and their family members stay healthy with access to an onsite fitness center and employer paid gym memberships.

We value community involvement. We encourage and support team members in volunteering time to local charities, organizations and events.
