SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
- Program Description. Robinson, Inc. offers conversational SMS text messaging to facilitate day-to-day operations and communications with our customers, employees and vendors regarding support, operations and business inquiries. By initiating an SMS text message to Robinson or otherwise expressly requesting or consenting to receive SMS text messages from Robinson, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending upon the nature and frequency of your communications with Robinson.
- Cost. Robinson does not charge for its SMS text messaging service. Standard message and data rates may apply depending upon your wireless carrier and plan.
- How to Opt Out or Restart Messages. You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Robinson at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS text messages from Robinson. If you later wish to resume SMS text messaging, reply START.
- How to Get Help. If you experience issues with Robinson’s SMS text messaging service, you may reply HELP for assistance or contact Robinson directly at customerservice@robinsoninc.com.
- Privacy. Robinson may share information with platform providers, wireless carriers and other service providers solely as necessary to provide the SMS messaging service. Mobile opt-in information, text messaging originator data and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
